Project Coordinator attended the “Repatriation ceremony of archaeological and ecclesiastical artifacts from Munich”

Assistant Professor Athos Agapiou, Project Coordinator for the ENGINEER European Project, attended the “Repatriation Ceremony of Archaeological and Ecclesiastical Artifacts from Munich” as an honorary member of the National Committee for the Combating of Looting and Illicit Trafficking of Cultural Heritage. The ceremony was held on Monday, July 22, 2024, at the Cyprus Museum. This significant event was graced by the presence of several esteemed guests, including the President of the Republic of Cyprus and the Archbishop of New Justiniana and All Cyprus. The ceremony highlighted the ongoing efforts and international cooperation to preserve and protect cultural heritage.
