ENGINEER WP3 Virtual Training 04 (VT04) – Administrative Skills

Today, we successfully held the Virtual Training on Research Management Skills – Session 04 (Administrative Skills) as part of WP3, hosted online by POLIMI. This session is part of the ENGINEER project’s ongoing efforts in its final year, focusing on developing administrative skills for effective project management. The training covered collaboration opportunities between universities and private companies, along with a practical session on resource and time management. We appreciate the active participation of all partners and attendees in making this event a success!
