Joint presentations to undergraduate students of the Department of Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering

Prof. Dimitrios Skarlatos, along with Assistant Professors Apostolos Papakonstantinou and Athos Agapiou, had the opportunity to present their work and research outcomes to undergraduate students of the Department of Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, and Informatics at the Faculty of Engineering and Technology of the Cyprus University of Technology.

This presentation took place on the occasion of the UNESCO Chair in Digital Heritage, held by Prof. Marinos Ioannides. The session provided a comprehensive overview of ongoing research efforts, highlighting the application of advanced technologies in the field. Several examples were showcased, illustrating the use of various sensors, methodologies, and research activities currently being undertaken.

The discussion aimed to familiarize students with cutting-edge developments in digital heritage, demonstrating real-world applications and the significance of interdisciplinary approaches in this rapidly evolving domain.
