360° Camera Documentation by Prof. Dimitrios Skarlatos at the Tombs of the Kings for ENGINEER project

On July 9th, Professor Dimitrios Skarlatos visited the Tombs of the Kings to carry out an important documentation effort for the ENGINEER research project. Equipped with a sophisticated 360° camera, he focused on capturing detailed images of Tomb 7, and possibly Tomb 4, as part of the project’s activities under Work Package 6. These high-resolution photographs are not just for archival purposes; they will be meticulously processed and analyzed to enhance our understanding of the site and contribute significantly to the project’s research objectives. This documentation is a critical step in ensuring accurate and comprehensive data collection for ongoing and future analyses.
