Participation at EPIBOOST annual meeting

On October 2nd, the Focus Group on Twinning Actions management convened during the EPIBOOST annual meeting for a highly productive session. The discussion focused on the ongoing development of the collaborative Guide on Twinning Projects management, with particular emphasis on the Communication section. Members reviewed and analyzed insights gathered from the second survey, which served as a basis for refining key aspects of the guide. The session also highlighted the rationale behind the Communication section, and participants were encouraged to share their perspectives and feedback. This gathering marked a key milestone in progress monitoring, fostering collaborative dialogue and driving forward the group’s shared goals for effective project management.
